Guidance for those taking part
Thank you for joining us in Ledbury Community Day. You will be joining over 70 other groups and organizations at locations around the town in celebrating the many excellent things we do in Ledbury.
Where do I find out what is going on?
A list of those taking part is on the Listing for 2018 page. Check this to see where you are allocated. Please check the details for your event and let us know of any errors.
What time can I start setting up?

If you are in your own premises the times are up to you.
What facilities are available for me?
We leave you to organize your own event or display and bring the materials that you need. In the public areas your space will be allocated – ask on arrival. There will be tables available in the Burgage Hall, St Katherine’s Hall and the Community Hall. We are not arranging drinks or refreshments – all the facilities in the Town Centre are available. We will have stewards with hi-vis jackets to help the day run smoothly.
Where can we Park?
The normal parking arrangements (and charges) apply in Ledbury for 9th June. For those at the Burgage Hall, please note there is no parking in the Church Lane/Church Street area.
Please note that the Midlands Air Ambulance Helicopter POD will be located in St Katherine’s Car Park by St Katherine’s Hall limiting car access to the Hall..

Refreshments?
We are not arranging drinks or refreshments. All the normal facilities in the Town Centre are available.
Public Toilets?
These are located in Church Lane and off Bye Street. Toilets are also available at the Burgage Hall, St Katherine’s Hall and the Community Centre.
What happens if it is going to be wet?
Groups holding their events outdoors are responsible for making their own arrangements in the event of inclement or unsuitable weather.
